Shipping, Refund & Exchange Policy
We ship orders within 1 business day. We do not have any control over the time frame in which your purchase will arrive due to circumstances not limited to the holidays and unexpected natural disasters.
We do not accept returns nor provide exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a faulty item, please get in touch with us at email@example.com with written details and pictures of the defective product within 3 days of receiving the book(s).
Upon receipt of this info, we will thoroughly examine and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement due to the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the original purchase price, using the original method of payment.
